The Calibre Group has been a proud sponsor and part of The Mavericks Chuckwagon Racing team since 2001. The Mavericks Chuckwagon Racing Team's main objective is to give back to the community. They raise significant funds and actively support Calgary and area focusing on children's not-for-profit agencies and individual needs.
Calibre Coatings is one of the largest commercial painting companies in Canada, with aggregate "Group of Companies" sales of approximately $10 million per year, up to 20 employees during the busy season, and a future devoted to consistently exceeding expectations.

CCL Calgary painter Joseph Blair won first place in the Alberta Skills Competition held on May 11th - 13th, 2010 in Edmonton.
There were a total of 8 participants. Joseph has been invited to attend the next World Skills Competition in England but the dates are still to be confirmed for 2011.
