Continual advancements in the industry have brought to the market more advanced products which better protect surfaces, keep out moisture, and last longer. These products, such as elastomeric coatings, require specialized training and knowledge in order to apply them to the correct surfaces and derive their full benefits.

Additionally, most of Calibre's year-round painters have received WHMIS (Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System) training, standard first-aid and level C in CPR training to ensure they are both efficient and safe. Calibre maintains an active company safety program that includes certification of production managers, site superintendents and foremen.
