JAMES STRAYER - General Manager, Managing Partner, Calibre Coatings Ltd. (Edmonton)
James Strayer is a managing partner of Calibre Coatings (Edmonton) Ltd. James concentrates his daily efforts on the estimating and administrative duties of the Edmonton operation. His over-all efforts are in developing and maintaining a service and environment that encourages teamwork, cooperation and growth between Calibre and their customers. He strives to be the premiere painting company of choice for all existing and potential customers.
James first started with Calibre Coatings in January 1998 as a Calgary estimator. Over the next two years James helped the operation double in size. He advanced to Chief Estimator and V.P of Marketing. James played an important role in establishing the Cal-Res branch of Calibre. In February 2000, James relocated to Edmonton to establish the northern office in the capacity of General Manager. In 2002, James became a Principal partner in the Edmonton operation. James has continued to grow the company in Edmonton to the position that it is in today.
While away from the office James keeps busy with family of 4 kids and his wife. His time is split between sporting events and horse activities. He also enjoys golfing and playing recreational hockey.

Walt is very excited to focus on establishing and developing strong business relationships with his customers and providing them with levels of customer service that far exceed what they might normally expect.
